Heck, mix them all together and you can have brown. But it’s the flavor that matters, of course. What does brown taste like?

Subjective realism puts a lot of stock in the eye (and ear) of the beholder. Philosopher George Berkeley would say that to be is to be perceived. So here be a fallen tree. You know the rest -- if no one was around to hear it, did it make a sound? Well sure, science tells us a sound is hearable noise whether or not anyone hears it, right? Surprisingly, Scientific American says a sound is vibration transmitted to our senses, and if no senses sense it, there is no sound. Einstein would say what we have here is an infallible conjecture - can't be proven or disproven. Hmmm...

Driving along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Somerset County you'll come upon a blue globe hanging in the sky. While it appears to be a water tower, on closer inspection its the revolving Jenny Globe, a fiberglass sign on a tall pole advertising the Jenny Products company that's been in business since 1927 manufacturing steam cleaners and pressure washers. This Round has been an iconic regional landmark of the highways since it was erected in the late 1960s.
