My Octopus Salad Round
You're probably planning that party for the holidays, so what about a traditional Italian seafood salad as an appetizer for the Christmas Eve menu? Here's all the key ingredients -- calamari, some scallops, and a little baby octopus waving all its arms there in the middle of the container. Just stir them all up in a marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, onion and garlic. Meet you under the mistletoe!
