Out in the garden, Lilly and Ci-Ci have cornered some upland cress for harvesting. It won't escape now! Chop up the "creasies" and mix them into a salad or onto a sandwich. These leafy greens are a cousin of watercress, a member of the mustard family, and have a delicious, peppery heat similar to horseradish. From garden to plate!

The steamboat Ticonderoga operated for 47 years on Lake Champlain in the early to mid-1900s. Now, the 220-foot “Ti” sits dry-docked outside the Shelburne Museum! The restored walking beam side-wheel passenger steamer is the last of its kind; you can see gilded ceilings, staterooms, carved and varnished woodwork, and a grand staircase. Down below, you can see a massive steam engine powered by boilers fired and stoked with coal from this Round storage bin.
