The reindeer wreath is a member of the wreath family, native to the tundra and boreal forests of the frigid north. Their antlers are bones that grow from the top of the Round, starting as small nubs in February and developing in size during spring and summer. The antlers change to a gold coloring in the fall as the wreaths prepare for the mating season, called the "rut," in October and November. By December, the rut is over, and you'll usually find them hanging on doors for the holidays.
