The End of the Garlic Round
The dried husk of the garlic root is all that remains of a bulb formerly bursting with numerous fleshy cloves. Sliced, minced, marinated with meat, sautéed with vegetables or just roasted whole, there are so many ways it could have disappeared so quickly from the cupboard. You check your breath, I'll check mine.
