This cable reel has already begun its transition into a coffee table. The electrician has barely finished installation along Franklin Street and some college student has moved in with pink polka-dotted tags to claim it. Soon enough it will be in the apartment and the TV remote will be lost on it among a sea of red Solo cups and empty pizza boxes.
