Guggenheim Atrium Round
The Guggenheim in New York is a round museum, quite literally. This unique cylindrical architectural landmark was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1959. The signature feature is the long continuous spiral ramp gallery that extends around the outer edges of the building and up to this Round ceiling skylight. The famous architect's intention is a "temple of the spirit" housing a diverse collection of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, early Modern and contemporary art.
