Pylon, road cone, witch's hat. Whatever you choose to call it, the conical orange plastic marker -- invented in 1943 by Charles D. Scanlon -- says "go around". But whether redirecting traffic, warning of a road hazard, or saving a parking space, if it is knocked over it may look Round, but it has lost all meaning.
