With its cotton candy color and fluffy grapefruit-sized proportions, you wouldn't expect the allium giganteum was actually just a giant onion. But it is. Growing to heights up to 6 or 8 feet, this big ol' onion plant is quite the impressive ornamentation. Giganteum indeed.
