Huge and Round, cast in concrete, fiberglass, and covered in stone and glass mosaic, the sculpture World Park: Orders and Perspectives rests on the plaza at 12th and Filbert in Philadelphia like a planet on a platter. Commissioned by Marriott International, Inc. and built by sculptor Ned Smyth, it was installed on June 29, 1995.
