The Rakotzbrücke (Rakotz Brucke) is an unusual bridge commissioned in the 19th century by Friedrich Hermann Rötschke, the knight of Kromlau. It is also known as the Devil’s Bridge because of its unusual structure that creates an optical illusion when reflected in the water giving the appearance of a full stone circle.
