Phoropter Round
Phoropter Round. Say it five times fast. It could be a device straight out of a steampunk nightmare, or it could be at your eye doctor's office. It is an ophthalmic instrument used to test individual lenses in front of each eye and determine “refraction” – exactly how a lens must be shaped and curved to achieve normal vision.
