It is Retail Marketing 101, folks: if you want to sell something, get a giant inflatable and park it out in front of your store. Selling steel belted radials? How about a monster-truck-sized tire! Barbeque? A Paul Bunyan-sized cowboy with pistols might do! Soft drinks, junk food and cigarettes? A ginormous... pink... King Kong, maybe? Makes a leering Jack o' Round at the costume store seem tame by comparison.
