Rollo only has two states: "ON" or "OFF" -- there is no in between. Spending the first 6 months of his life cooped up on a side porch, once he was rescued you can't blame the guy for enjoying life's ON-mode to the fullest. This is his OFF-mode, of course, a serene dog-ball which is not witnessed often.
