At The Winding Stair restaurant in Dublin they serve their cauliflower spicy! With up to 40 different spices, the aromatic Ras el hanout is a Moroccan blend including cumin, coriander, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, dried rose buds, orris root, turmeric and paprika making the roasted vegetable curd a flavorful entrée. It’s served on a bed of walnut, roasted red pepper, and pomegranate molasses muhammara dip, and paired with a traditional tabbouleh and mixed spring green salad. When I stop admiring it and photographing it, I will eat it.
