A Devilish Swirl Round
Once you've boiled the eggs, cut them in half, scooped the yolks and mashed them with mayonnaise, dijon and spices, the last step is to refill them. You could just smear a blob of the yolk paste with a spoon, but why not finish with a flair? Use a piping bag for a decorative swirl and top it off with paprika and toasted chives. Devilish!
