Boone's Hot Dog Soup Round
Place the hot dogs, celery, onion, parsley, and potatoes in about 1-1/2 - 2 quarts water in a large soup pot. Boil until vegetables are tender. Add the tomatoes and juice from the can. Season to taste. Before serving, add the noodles to the boiling liquid. You may need to add more liquid at this point.
