The 17th annual event has set up shop at Philadelphia's City Hall and the iconic LOVE Park with this 65-foot-tall ferris wheel as an anchor for the holiday market of 120 rustic wooden shops, a double-decker carousel in the courtyard, Kids Train ride, and ice skating.
