The Eye Of The Cup Snout Round
Cotylorhynchus was the largest pelycosaur of the early Permian period. This model is a juvenile, but full-grown adults could reach lengths of more than 20 feet. Their most distinctive feature was that they had an incredibly small head relative to their huge blimp-like bodies. Like Edaphosauraus, their enormous gut would have helped them digest plant material.
