Rolls-Royce is a British luxury car and later an aero-engine manufacturing business. One of the most desirable Rolls-Royces, the Alpine Eagle was essentially a sporting version of the Silver Ghost and used an aircraft engine. This engine was the first aircraft engine developed by Rolls-Royce Ltd.
