Cutting The Cake Round
It’s your birthday, so let’s do the math. Three candles times eight years each equals 24. Ten radial lines plus ten icing swirls equals ten big slices. Or, if you have more than ten party guests dividing them in half will yield twenty thin slices. Now, five chocolate wafers equals only five extra-special pieces, so someone will be upset. If you remove the five wafers and cut each carefully into quarters, you’ll have 20 small chocolates for each slice. Or, you let the guests fight it out amongst themselves...
