Tortilla Making Round
We’ve come at the right tortilla time, because the ingredients have been mixed and the dough has been kneaded and cut. The magic is watching each piece get shaped into evenly sized spheres, then rolled into some flat Rounds. Soon some fresh tortillas will emerge from the skillet, lightly browned, soft yet crisp. Taco? Burrito? Quesadilla? Yes, please.
