When hiking the Schuylkill River Trail, a tire graveyard is the last thing you’d expect to see, and yet unfortunately there it is. This illegal dumping site isn't tucked away in an isolated area, but within yards of the trail behind a grassy knoll. And it's not unusual, as thousands and thousands of tires get dumped along the river every year.
