We're Number Two Round
There's nothing wrong with being number two, especially if it's your name. This ornate iron fence rings the walls not of The First Bank, but The Second Bank of the United States. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, The Second Bank was chartered in 1816 by President James Madison to regulate public credit issued by private banking institutions and to establish a stable national currency.
