The World Clock Round
We only have an hour left in the Montshire Museum of Science, because looking up at the clock in the atrium it appears to be around Aztec until China. Ringed with the numerals of the world, this clock face uses a different cultural symbol for each hour. For those keeping count, at one o'clock is the Hebrew numeral aleph; 2, 16th-century European; 3, early Arabic; 4, Chinese and Japanese; 5, the Greek symbol epsilon; 6, 11th-century European; 7, Mayan; 8, Chinese and Japanese; 9, Egyptian; 10, Aztec; 11, Roman; 12, Hindu-Arabic. So, hurry up, the place closes at epsilon.
