Torque Moment Torque Momentum Round
Sculptor Kendall Buster created this 32 x 36 foot ceiling installation out of powder coated steel and shade cloth forms for the Cummins World Distribution Headquarters in Indianapolis. The sculpture's lightweight, suspended Round forms were designed to evoke the wonder of complex systems. The artist states, "In considering the language of the constructed engine, the design of the artwork has its genesis in the idea of the rotating circle. The aim was to create unique sculptural parts that individually and in configuration suggest both the delicacy of mechanical engineering line drawings and the complex workings of the machine."
