The Labyrinth Of Crate Round
Mysterious labyrinths have been used to hide secretive sanctuaries and horrific monsters. Multicursal paths and patterns diminish into the darkness, layered twists and turns designed to confuse those entering or trap those trying to leave. Our man Pliny the Elder tells us of four from the ancient world: the Tomb of Lars Porsena in Italy; the Lemnian labyrinth designed by Smilis, Rhoikos, and Theodoros; the lost funerary temples outside the City of Crocodiles in Egypt; and, of course, Knossos in Crete, the famous prison of the Minotaur of Greek mythology. And this Round? The elaborate milk crate stack out back the Wawa on Del Ave.
