The current headquarters of the Philadelphia Police Department is located in The Inquirer Building, an 18-story Beaux-Arts style high-rise with a gold dome and four-faced clock on top. Built in 1924, it was the home for The Philadelphia Inquirer for almost 90 years until 2012. This globe chandelier with a Zodiac ring is an original fixture from the building's opening.
