As twilight approaches in the Year of the Dragon, soon the dragons will come to life! The Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival lights up Franklin Square with a variety of large-scale illuminated installations including an iconic 200-foot-long dragon. The festival runs through the summer until mid-August.
