Flowering Verbena Round
When you look aRound don’t forget to look under your feet! The prettiest rounds can be so small, you might miss them completely. This tiny beauty is less than a quarter inch in diameter and often goes unnoticed as it finds its way into grassy strips of parking lot, irrigation ditches, or other moist habitats in most of the United States. The perennial is a species of flowering verbena – the Phyla Lanceolata – but you’ll miss it completely if you’re not watching where you walk!
