An Herbcentric Universe Round
With armillary rings forming a celestial globe, you could imagine the center of the universe represented in a variety of ways. Way back in 400 BCE, Philolaus thought it was a "Central Fire," but not the sun. Aristarchus advanced his heliocentric theory 1800 years before Copernicus. For more than 1400 years, Ptolemy's Earth-centric model reigned. Down here at street level, what's displayed is neither fire, nor sun nor Earth but a definitively herbcentric rosemary model. Controversial, yet fragrant.
